Sam R. Asamoah, MBA, CPA: The Managing Partner of the Company is an innovative educator, and an eager to learn practicing certified public accountant. He received his B.Sc. Admin (Accounting) from the School of Administration, University of Ghana, Legon. He later worked for a then big six accounting firm and the United Nations Organization in North Africa and the Middle East before coming to the US to complete his MBA from Pittsburg State University with a 4.0 GPA and voted the Most Outstanding MBA Student of his class of 1989. While still a college professor, Mr. Asamoah started his accounting practice from the basement of his house. The firm now has its own permanent office building on the historical Frankfort Avenue Business area of Louisville.

Linda Mitchell, MBA, Associate
Linda graduated from the University of Bellarmine with a BS, and received her MBA from the University of Louisville. Her areas of concentration are in Individual and Corporate Taxes, Non-Profits, and Small Business Accounting.

Hector Boham, MS, MBA, CIA an Associate of the firm. His specialization is in internal accounting controls, and information systems. He is currently working on his PhD at Princeton University.

Duane Gill, Staff Accountant. Duane has an Accounting degree and currently working on becoming a CPA. His responsibilities center around the firm's online accounting for businesses using The Intacct Online Accounting System.

Nikki Terbish, Staff Accountant. Nikki has a degree in English, Associate degree in Accounting and completing her B.S. in Accounting at Indiana University, South East. Nikki is in charge of the firm’s online accounting using Oracle Small Business Suite and Net Ledger. She also supports clients on QuickBooks and Peachtree.

Tracie Bender, Senior Accountant and CPA candidate. Tracie has her bachelors in Accounting from University of Louisville. She is the longest serving Staff Accountant with the firm. She works with small businesses, plays an important role in tax preparation and audits.  She supports clients using low level accounting packages like QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting.
